Darran and Bronco Production and Engineering Manager Rodney Frazier go way back, and in this industry, ties run deep. So after Rodney left the family biz for a new turn at Bronco, Darran didn’t have any trouble accepting when he was invited along. After clearing a path in the warehouse, Darran eventually worked his way up to Quality Control Manager. These days, he spends his hours coordinating very long lists of very important tasks, including the inspection and assembly of every single bit of Brocno’s product. His is the last okay needed before a product gets out the door, and more than 30 years in the industry have taught him that there’s no substitute for being thorough. Seems like a pretty good philosophy for a Quality Manager. We think we’ll keep him.
